For Wook Kim, events are more than productions — they are platforms where culture, business, and people meet.

As the CEO of W KOREA, Wook leads a global event management company specializing in Culture, MICE, and Entertainment, delivering experiences that connect governments, brands, broadcasters, and audiences around the world. From international forums and business summits to large-scale concerts and global tours, he transforms ideas into meaningful moments that travel across borders.

His career began at the intersection of entertainment and global marketing, where he developed both strategic vision and hands-on production expertise. Prior to founding W KOREA, Wook held senior leadership roles at BIGO Live, a global live-streaming platform, as well as at leading concert production and tourism marketing companies. These experiences shaped his ability to combine creativity with operational excellence — a balance that defines W KOREA today.

Over the years, Wook has established himself as a trusted leader in MICE, culture, and entertainment, managing projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His portfolio spans television production, international forums, influencer campaigns, and major live events, including:
